🎄It's that time of year again... the time when you ask yourself 'Could the playlist get any more ridiculous?' The answer is, as ALWAYS, yes.🎄 This will be a 90 minute Vinyasa-style class, with moments of pause and reflection, and maybe the occasional dance break. Christmas jumpers (to be worn during savasana) are encouraged, but not required. This year music will mostly be featuring tunes from films featuring Colin Firth and/or snow. I recommend saving up some terribly unhealthy treats for afterwards (gf, vg but FULL of sugar).
